Terms of Service

Your account

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account secure.
• One profile per account. Your username is yours as long as your account is active.
• You can deactivate your public profile at any time without deleting your account, or request full account deletion.

Plans & billing

• Free — your digital profile, links, QR code, and Save Contact are free for as long as your account exists. No subscription required.
• NFC Card — a one-time $39 purchase per card, processed by Stripe. Shipping is free and orders ship within 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only; international shipping isn’t available yet. Cards are tied to a reassignable tag, not permanently bound to a single profile.
• Pro — an optional $49/year subscription adding analytics, lead capture, and branding removal. It renews automatically each year unless canceled beforehand; you can cancel any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.

30-day guarantee. Not the right fit? Return your NFC Card within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — contact us and we’ll send instructions. Your digital profile stays free either way. If a card arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Acceptable use

Your profile is yours to represent yourself or your business. You agree not to use Kensho to:

• Impersonate another person or organization without authorization.
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access another account or profile you don’t own.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may suspend or disable a profile that violates these terms.

Your content

You own the content you add to your profile (photos, bio, links). By publishing a profile, you give us permission to host and display that content as part of providing the service — nothing more.

Service availability

We work to keep Kensho reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
