Do visitors need an app to view my card?+
No. Tapping the card opens your profile in whatever browser is already on their phone.
What if I lose my physical card?+
Disable the tag from your dashboard and it stops redirecting anywhere. A replacement can be assigned to the same profile in seconds.
Is my data secure?+
Authentication runs through Clerk, every dashboard request is authorized server-side, and visitor IPs are hashed before storage — never kept raw.
Do I need a subscription?+
No — your profile is free forever. The NFC card is a one-time $39 purchase, and Pro adds analytics and lead capture for an optional annual fee.
Where does the card ship?+
Shipping is free and included in the $39 price, and orders ship within 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is coming soon.
What if I'm not happy with it?+
